This case ultimately will go to the Supreme Court but he hasn't been found guilty until a court rules so unlike the left media claims. The whole point is the Democrats are doing everything they can to prevent Trump from running, which so far has backfired. The unfortunate thing for the US political system is the Democrats have now set a precedent and every reigning President needs to worry about his opponent coming after him. 3rd world politics.  What a joke.
