No more discussion of Incyte trial or any CAR- t oppotunities. Future business, which was previously given a broad view of partnerships, licensing  etc, now not discussed at all. After the very long history, a buyout IMHO is the most sensible option. The seem to be waiting ( regardless) , to see final survival data out of the almost forgotten mbc bracelet trial. That was intended to give pfizer first option for partnership. I see a Roche complete ownership as quickest & best case $$ to moving into phase 3. Afterall, Roch could own Pela, patents etc etc and still do a

ONC updates their investor presentation on January 29th and they claim to have 12 months cash on hand. But they note that this is as of September of last year! So if they were honest then it would be clearly stated that they have 8 months cash. This company is on the verge of bankruptcy if they can't soon find a partner.  more likely a financing at a major discount to current

Even the very largest of companies would know their exact cash positions within a few business days of year end. Given how small this company is, it's inconceivable that management doesn't know their exact cash position on a day-to-day basis. And there's no reason that they couldn't have provided an approximate cash position / runway as of December 31. As for the CR, I asked Jon

ONCY reports its cash position in every quarterly report, as required by the regulators. Unfortunately the regulators have not been as diligent, as they should be, on those traders who have been manipulating the price of this stock
