Im getting dizzy with the micro manging of outsiders

Im getting dizzy readig the minute details posted. Great that people are reading up.
However, as an investor ( first of all, I have read probably 90%++ of all publications, including fine print on quarterly reports all the way back to incorperation)

First the wages/stock options? Gaslighting! Who cares. Not relevant to anything.
As an investor. I care about the future of my investment.
FYI The CEO of Boeing was payed multi-millions/year to drive a great company into the ground.
Then in discovery after the two crashes that killed hundreds, he was let go. With a multi-milllion severance. Off topic I agree.

The future of ONC? 
They have two phase 3 ready( FDA approval to proceed with fast track designation)
Im sure anyone can accomplish that? Or does one need a PHd and years of scientific background...?

ONC has not had great sucsess up until now, yet they are still alive. As a share holder I apprciate the requirements of the individuals to keep this going. 
Had they given up after the head & neck trial, the company would be closed & the S.P would be zero.
Instead they have great colaboration with Roche AKA the Goblet trial.
Just as of late , looks like the Anal cancer could/might become a third opportunity for registration trial.
back to overall compansation. majority of Matts "wages" are stock/option based.That is great thing.
He is the originator of Pela and holds the patents. Should things go well. AKA partnershoip or buy-out he should be rewarded.
If it all fails, then his wages? Considring his credentials, etc etc. Not bad, but not over the top.
The SP is down becasue PanCan backed out at last minute. Again, nothing to do with ONC.
They cancelled the "precision promise" program and that was takenover by GCAR, whcih ONC has now affiliated with.
Again, im sure anyone posting on here is capable of those type of negotiations and discusssions?
FYI anyones wages are relevant to what they could make in the general market place, regarding their skills etc.
That is the job of the compensaion comitee to determine, "wages" for all empoyees.

The buy out price of ONC? 
Over a billion for sure.
Beyond that. The FUDSTERS continue to distract with irrleivant stuff.
ONC has stated they are ramping up production.
That is for a reason. Read between the lines. Phase 3 needs product. etc etc
FYI another side note> Matt pre-R/S held just over 1 millliion shares. He has sold zero. His SP pai is proably a lot worse than anyone poting on here!
Regardless of the argumant of how or when he obtained those shares, has has felt that pain.
Rationalize this: If ONC fails, Dr. Matt, not only loses his job, buy his lifes work.
He founded ONC, developped the patents for Pela and oversaw coulntless trials. Some good some bad.
However even the failures yeilded important information about Pelareorp's MOA & opportunities for use.
Itis hard right now, in the ultra low SP world. I approicate that. I hold 10s of thousands of shares.
I belive in the future of Pela & belive there will be an answer real soon.
Im also convinced there is a consertive effort to keep the price down. Not sure why or who would benifit from that?
Obviously the FUDsters would not bash their own shares? That would not make sesne.
