while i can understand kirk look in the poa announcement (he has an msj law degree and is still with the company) brad doesn't have a law degree and his education is in science.  furthermore, brad was released from the company in late 2016 and his severance agreement stated: "All share awards granted to Employee under Employer’s Incentive Share Award Plan and the resolution of the

Well u had to bring me back in again. Think what you want but the poa is a mistake and go ahead and try to ask the company yourself as they won't answer that question. But my guess is that u won't email them so I did not get caught on anything.
