RE:$$ ;EDE investors are holding 7.5% of OREA. It’s management team of 4 and 2 the researchers seem based on bio's to be of Chinese descent and maybe origin (though this is not clearly stated). It does appear based on the company's outlined many private placements, that EDE/Yide has an investment that pre dates OREA, back into the time of Columbus Gold. Do we think they are here for 30-50 cents?
Below is what they say they offer to their clients of whom OREA would be so perceived in any buyout attempt by NG. In fact, would EDE/ Yide throw their full weight behind their approx. 15 mill OREA shares as of Sept 1
st 2021 to maximize their share price return by garnering further buy out interest (or other methods of safeguarding OREA's 45%) against any lowball offer? In fact, would interest be predominantly from N. America or also from you know where?
NG is playing a very delicate game here. They have already been outbid by one Chinese entity. An early pre submission bid now, never mind at the mine permit award or even during the submission of apps, would blow the gasket off this project, in terms of notification to the gold world. Analysts, investors and all global potential interested entities are immediately put on notice; NG are prepared to risk miilions now based on what only they know (OREA don't have access to NG's mine related information after they lost control of the project management). They want this mine come what may!
We thought the Cardinal Res’ saga was drawn out and interesting; watch this one. Again, it ain't going to be any few weeks to a resolution. JMHO.
