OREA - Macron and Russian sanctions

OREA - Macron and Russian sanctions
From a Financial Times article -

"Emmanuel Macron urged a ban on Russian oil and coal imports while Joe Biden called for a war crimes trial following evidence Russian soldiers had committed atrocities in the town of Bucha, north of Kyiv."

Where might Macron now go to actually do something (vs words) to gain more anti Russian publicity while also ingratiating himself with the political left; then, also avoiding a potential Russian US$ 1/2 bill mine award against France? Hmmmm, and the French election on April 14 and 24.
