MY QUESTION: inside the article there is a graph of GLOBAL Cu Stocks in both China and the West ... which shows that these stocks, during the previous few years, to be DECLINING MARKEDLY ... from approximately 500,000 tonnes to 200,000 tonnes. Can anyone comment on whether they believe this graph to be accurate, or, otherwise? For example, is this graph pretty much representative truly of TOTAL GLOBAL Cu stocks, or, strictly speaking, ONLY those as indicted?
TIA.
