What is going on here

6 months ago gold price was $1650 and Orv traded at $0.19/ share. 6 months later with gold up $400, this still trades at $0.19. I thought a high gold price lifts all boats. This boat has a hole in it.

Yes the annual CF will improve with about the same amount as the current MCAP, but no one cares since all that matters is the now 2 year delayed EMIPA OSP construction.........

but  EMIPA OSP construction needs financing first.  I take it that management is busy negotiation the terms of the deal... Until recently it would have been more beneficial to deal with Western commercial banks, but all this has changed ...
