Already way ahead on cost cutting and you get the impression he moves the organization quick . to go from no oil to about 60 -75 boe of oil and liquids in less than two years is remarkable. No indecision at all on the plan. Drill the oily plays and package the non core assets into a royalty trust of some sort. In essence he is turning the company back into what it was before the Cenovus split. This is a remarkable strategy well executed with capable leadership, low cost culture and the best hedging team in North America. Easy cross to 21 before XMAS.
