Canadian Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other activities within Canada. Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

All the majors are cutting back and going to liquids. Small players cannot fill the void. Next two weeks drawdown will be massive. ECA, NFX, COG, every big player is reducing drilling. Coal is handicapped by EPA . could see amove to 4 in NG the next two weeks. Lots of volatility means big hedging gains. Next quarter will be 5 beats in row, more cash on the balnce sheets and I think perhaps some nominal asset sales. Balance sheet could be as high as 5 b middle of next year.
