Great time to buy ECAEncana is doing exactly what they said they would do and that is to restructure their portfolio to me more balanced between liquids and NG and to be focussed on a few plays with the best rate of returns. To do that they are selling everything that doesn't fit that strategy. LNG is not a play but a downstream process therefore it didn't fit the strategy. They are good at identifying and developing these plays with the drill bit and if you are in the best plays you are in better shape that anyone else. The recent down turn makes it a strong buy but don't expect immediate pops, it's a 5 year plan and we are not even at the end of year 1 yet.
