RE:RE:RE:Logic dictatesI hate to break it to you oiltard but it's no secret that Encana is a great value at these level for shareholders as/when oil prices recover. Being as extraordinarily connected as you are you must realize that all E&P companies are constantly evaluating M&A opportunities so I can assure you that Encana and many other companies are/have been evaluated for such an opportunity (by CNRL and others) and yet no action and other than the SU/COS deal very few deals generally. I explained why to you in a previous post that it isn't just as simple as being a good value there is much more that goes into evaluating a transaction and executing it to the benefit of the buyer and seller. Could Encana be purchased as a whole, possibly, but is it a near certainty as you suggest and do you have any knowledge or influence over these deals absolutely not! Either way Encana shareholders are going to do very well and I got plenty of ECA.
