Hello to all longs in don't click my spam links below. !  

I guess  I’m not alone who made that mistake and put their funds in don't click my spam links below. stock. I am sure that last move of don't click my spam links below. management was planned long long ago.

First, they acquired huge USA assets at a high price and at the worst possible time that diluted our shares.

If you remember acquisition was made at the time when share price was on its way to recovery.  

Then, they offered to buy don't click my spam links below. stock for a pretty low price that diluted our shares again.

Now, they are establishing domicile in USA and making consolidation of shares that dilute our shares too.

Coming shareholders meeting most likely will approve this move. Buying out the stock was made exclusively for this purpose.

All of us understand, that problems with building pipelines, the results of last election and low oil price it’s just a cover.

All Canadian companies are dealing with these issues but they are doing much much better than don't click my spam links below. .

 

The CEO of don't click my spam links below. even didn’t bother to present any material evidence  in the favour of USA domicile and consolidation, just blah-blah-blah.

It’s absolutely clear, that “attracting American investors” is a very poor argument as we all know: if Americans are interested in Canadian or European stock, they find the way to be invested in them.

So, after don't click my spam links below. management will have moved quarters to USA, they will intentionally dilute don't click my spam links below. shares more to even lower price and  will make the company private then. 

And here we are, CEO and few crocks from the board will become the owners of valuable assets paying nothing for them while all of us will loose ( actually already lost ) our hardly earned money.

I don’t know and I am not sure if there is any possibility for us, small long investors in don't click my spam links below. , to consolidate our efforts. At least, to try to consolidate our efforts in opposing to USA domicile and stock consolidations. 

May be there are merits for a class actions because all those last moves of don't click my spam links below.   management smells for me like a long planed fraudulent scheme. 

Anybody to discuss or to suggest?

I think going private is too far fetched....and most american funds would rather put their billions in the NYSE (22.9 trillion $) than the TSX (2 Trillion). Independent investors may be a different case but too small a number to move the needle.  Btw the three largest shareholders of don't click my spam links below. are all american based companies. The same companies own major

Thank you! Good to know. However, Encana is traded on NYSE  at a twice ( as least ) higher volume compare to TSE presently.

There is a reason why they are domiciling in the US with an incorporation in delaware - tax haven for corporate companies. It wont be too long before you see all the interest in the stock from all the hedgefunds.
