What their new name will be....

More curious what their new name will be
...as they aren't likely to be around in current form  for long now that takeover restrictions that may have applied when domiciled in Canada are freed

now what will the name be .... that is the question

There will be no takeover. They have the gas assets in Canada and nobody will want it all as a packaged deal. They would never sell the US assets on their own now that they are moving to the US. You don't know the name.....really?

I stand by the statement that in redomiciling to the US they become a more attractive takeover candidate and less red tape to effect  . US assets inclusive . Shale collapse may accelerate consolidation plans and valuation now makes all kinds of metrics work with other players .

It will be chevrin  they got a free 1 billion in cash from anadarko when they chose to let oxy buy them they can easily integrate montney and duvernay especially duvernay in fox creek as chevron drills three rigs there all year luckyeleven I believe your wrong and the Canadian assets are worth a lot more than ypu think regardless of how bad the government is

I'm not saying they don't have value. All I am saying is nobody wants them in this enviroment and don't believe they can get a packaged deal for everything. I'm not as wrong as the ones that have been saying it's getting taken out for a couple of years now. They also moved where it's getting unfriendly for the energy sector by the minute down south so don't see much ...more
