No body wants OVV's 8b debt.  Only Suttles likes huige debt loads.  The debt is the CEO's poison pill so no other company tries ton take them out and he keeps his 13m US/year job

Finally, someone who gets it.  The only way OVV ever gets taken out is a sweetheart deal for management, and a wipeout of OVV common equity. With debt twice the entire market cap, don't hold your breath.  Not happening anytime soon.
