I agree that a reverse split is necessary, but 1 for 50 would not be sufficient, IMO, given the $50M rights offering which follows.  

I would expect no less than a 1:200, and more likely 1:500.   That assumes that they are able to get the mill production going at a reasonable volume, within a reasonable timeframe.
