You can simply wait and get 19.74 for sure.. so why sell below that , with the chance there could be a higher bid for this hugely profitable company , with no debt and record prices for its main sale of palladium.
People selling here obviously are trying to get out and chase something else , perhaps some gold/silver plays... that are indervalued.  I did sell off some PDL above the 19.74 price quoted in the agreement. If it sells down alot, i will reenter , pocket the cash on the trade and wait it out.
