This's stock price manipulation someone trying to bring down to accumulate at lower price.
Yesterday was a playday PALDF and there was $$$ to be made , possible stop losses taken out.

U can see bid /ask on stockhouse hit on PALDF for the US side quote

There's over 1% return from here at these prices.
Try to get that in one month at the bank.
We have also just the hint of another bid and we will go above the $19.74 price again.
