RE:RE:StrangeThe way I see it now is if another offer was to be put in the table they may wait till near closing of this deal so that they don’t risk a prolonged bidding war. But the worst part is all they need to do is offer Brookfield the same amount of money as us minority holders. Which would add another 2.74$ per share into their pockets. That to me would be the next offer (if any). Then from there if the bidding continues we may make some money. But with implats being able to match any offer and receive the company, other bidders may be discouraged to make any offer mainly because they would have to over pay for implats not to match. Or if implats has no other access to cash maybe they won’t be able to. Another month and a bit to find out. Still holding waiting to see the final chapter written.
