Now that we know when latest financials will be released, it's interesting of the date as it's 30 days since takeover was announced. Hope another party steps up to the plate!

Brookfield wants CASH, not Teck shares. I’m afraid there is just no appetite for a company that absolutely prints money. Very sad....

Teck.b had an Ok 3rd quarter but room for improvement and dividend increase. PDL is a quick fix for them to increase both the bottom line and their dividend. I would trade 1 PDL share for 1.1 share

I brought Up HBC because 9% premium they got this week from the original offer. This would be a minimum premium offer for PDL . $19.74 becomes $21.52 this the price of TECK.B as I write

It's all about the dividend Implats wants to start paying a dividend again and PDL is their answer right now. Other Companies want to increase their dividends to fuel stock appreciation
