HayDGP, Brookfield accepted an under the table deal. This is the second time. Last time PDL was at around $20, there was under the table deal for around $15. This time it is $16. In both cases brookfield made $$$$$$ under the table deal. This is the only logical answer...

Either way in am out of PDL
