Q3 earnings and divi amount in 3 weeks
Q3 earnings and divi amount in 3 weekspdl announced earnings and divi amount on aug.1 and may 2 which is 1 month after quarter end, so they should make announcement on nov.1. that is only 3 weeks away if one can wait. same divi as last quarter of $0.45 would be great :)
since they probably made more cash than prev quarter, maybe a higher divi amount for wishful thinkers. i would have waited for that announcement even without buyout, so waiting 3 more weeks should not make much difference. difference is getting a free put option and maybe a higher bid.
