Brookfield should set targets like $25.00 before next tranche is sold. Even better the company could pay out a $1.00 special dividend giving Brookfield approximately $55 million in cash on favorable tax treatment terms. It really is a story where all the planets have lined up and these Bankers will not pull the trigger and start promoting it. If Brookfield is trying to sell some stock or the whole company for that matter it would be better for them to have the SP up and away as it makes your company worth more. Do you want to sell the company at $15.00 or $25.00? Super high commodity price with a low share float

Notice all the 100 shares being traded?? In any takeover move, a party would be buying 10,000's of shares.

I have bought 10's of thousand of shares and even hundred's of thousand of shares at one time and when I have watched them go through they often go through in these crazy 100 share blocks.  Not to say you will not get a fill with larger blocks but these 100 share blocks are not uncommon.  My hundreds of thousand share buys were not with PDL. It looks like PDL was firming up today
