RBC just put's out a report stating the SP of $28.00 and then buys a secondary offering much lower and then sells it to it's clients for a higher price? I don't think so. Sounds fishy to me.

I dont think so either but these companies are capable of most anything....speaking of RBC....like Zachs one day upgrades a stock and a few days later downgrades...that is what happened to my CDE....

I don’t think it will be another stock sale. But! If it is it’ll ruin my day. Maybe even week.

I would think if there was such a stock sale it would occur at higher prices for PDL thank where we are...like closer to 52 week highs than where we are now...who knows....

I don't recall a HALT last time they did a secondary offering. This in my view is much bigger. It takes time to write that cheque when you have that many ZERO's. I feel this halt is all good especially when you look at the state of this company. I felt that video posted last week on Stockhouse was getting at the money they can make on thier lower Pd reserves now that they have autonomous
