RE:News release soon ?I agree with only 20 million shares ( or 15 million depending how you look at it) who would complain on literally giving the FN's a few million shares. If the mine is worrth north of a billion dollars then just do it. I would happily take $5-$10 less per share of a billion dollar mine than being a penny stock holder.
The FN's could make hundreds of millions of dollars by simply saying - Yes
