Further to what you sent me, same idea in the link below, expressed by another voice. Now, if only the LBN are listening....
 
I don't know if you are aware but the cover picture on the IRN annual report is from the Giants of Mining exhibit area close to the entrance to Syncrude north of Fort McMurray and I have lots of great memories associated with the two pieces you can see behind them.  The oil sands have made more indigenous people wealthy and well off than any other effort in the whole country.
