Okay we got it and just like the TMX will turn out to be we got it after a fight with a select group who obstructed in every way , cost real shareholders and the stock they own , how much in overruns until they got a piece of the action. That's for free folks as l doubt that any of that group of nations invested a nickel in buying the stock , that partnership and give away like all others is just pure and simple extortion. It really does sound a little like Organized Crime of the past that got a partnership for free just to let a company continue to do business, and in the name of reconciliation our present government both supports and endorse that activity .Exactly when do these handouts paid for by those that actually contribute end ,Maybe when my Grand Children have children. Time the whiners and cryers grew up and stop expecting alot for nothing because of supposed acts that happened before l was born. In fact history has shown if interested that well before us disgusting colonialists showed up those indigenous we're practicing , slavery , eradication of their enemies and land grabs. When do they pay a penalty. DUH.

Well I suppose the fact they want it in their community is signaling that they want the economic benefit and jobs it brings. Hopefully that's the start of the end of welfare states. Sometimes people need a helping hand but I disagree with hand-outs. Get them on their feet so they can carry their own weight and perhaps someday they will even carry you when you are down.
