Stephen White was the insider with the 700.000 share buy on Dec 2, Also Stephen Case for 75,000 so at least they are putting their money where their pen went.

i started buyng after deal was announced. i like the deal. and I believe so do the insiders. if you tak a long term perspective it's a good deal. maybe a great one. also it's the best one they ...more

The market says that Petrus stock is not worth $6.18 so why are we paying $7.40?????  Have Stephen White and Rick Rule been duped?????  From everything that I have read these are smart guys ...more

good deal

if  you believe the oil will go back to 60 dollars. Last year petrus did a 150m+ financing at 4 dollars now will do another on 1.85 dollars. considering 16% discount you can get 1.554 per share ...more

our shares are based on $1.85 price of the offering. the first private placement of petrus was in late 2011 at $2.

drd8 did you read the announcment???

Petrus is being rolled back 4 to 1.  When all is said and done including the new capital raise there will be 46 million share compared to 140 million at the end of Q2 drd8 when you shout out ...more

ngp is buying some. so is petrus directors. so is their management. the price appears to be the same price that private placements have been done at since 2011. ground floor opportunity.
