Chance to change management ,add directors was at annual meeting. Shareholders should consider putting some nominees on bard to try and make some change. It would seem worth it to tey and get some change.... even with the ridiculous buyout provision made for 'management' (and I use that term hesitantly) approved by the existing board.  Must be someone out there that doesn't need to always pay external consultants to do their job, collect a high salary and do nothing for the shareholders (just cozy their own nest) . Perhaps letters to the board asking justification of the last 2-3 years efforts and slaries/ golden parachute
