Agreed shareholders get to vote and should do so. It is also fairly apparent that the exisitng board of directors should be needs to be changed (or majority of them anyway). Signing off on the silver bulltes for Pres and CFO was not only bad for shareholders but surely points to the directors doing or wanting to do little for the company... just want to have options and hope/pray something will happen. get someone in to do the job....heck bring back the last management/ board, nothing has been done since they left.
