AGM - mean any change ?
AGM - mean any change ?Wonder fi AGM will man any change or just directors collecting their fees and nodding. Must be a bit of an embarassment to at least a few of the directors. Shareholders would be better off just having an accountant place money in ING or ALLY and distributing dividends. all that and having the nerve to present a chart will proxy material showiong how 'well' they have done ... (well President and CFO anyway :)
