Maybe Case is waiting for SP to hit a new high.That will be the signal for him to act...Not likely...lol..We need Sprott to walk in give everyone 40 cents a saare in cash and their stock.Considering they own over 40 million it woulkd cost them 50 million.With 60 million cash they could still retain a lot of that  in the kitty.Then reinvent the phosphate project sell it off maybe and boot the nonperformers out of the company.Recent options would not be in money either.
