This is what Rick Rule is saying: Selling for 60 cents on the dollar. This will probably be the year when the deals come to the cash and this one should prosper. This much cash will attract a deal. All in his opinion.

Not certain of the math used but trading at 0.31 / per share and working capital at 55M with 154M shares out (~ 0.36/share) ... a slight discount to cash for now... but burn rate will soon change that. should be some value in tax pools , Martison project (someday maybe)...
