The need for more export facilitiesIf there is some "imbalance" in the markets these days, it is much more in the NG and some of the NGLs markets than in oil.

For PPY and others, savior will come through export facilities. I have large positions in AAV, PPY, and DEE but I am not adding until we see more progress on the export front.

Obviously, propane is the "residual" of the fractionalization process to make C5 (condensates) and other still highly valuable NGLs but this highlights the current glut for the product with spillovers coming from the glut in production in the same products south of the border...
