RE:RE:do not look for tourmaline

RE:RE:do not look for tourmalineok but others mentioned tou as a white knight. they won't be.
unfortunatley ppy manglement made this stock harder to sell by cutting the 20 year deal with ALA.

robert this stock is the most levered name to higher AND lower nat gas prices in NA. it has extreme leverage embedded in the long term take or pay contracts. and most of the land it owns is undevelped. so they need higher gas prices to make it economic to raise the tons of capital it needs to develop the resource. it needs higher nat gas prices AND favorable capital markets over a long period of time.

Ideally if a big LNG plant moves forward it could provide a tempory boost and maybe somebody will buy it. This company needsa lots and lots of money to develop this resounce. this resource actually would be better off in the hands of a very large company with better access to capital and lower capital costs.

The key takeaway: The stock is highly levered to higher AND lower nat gas prices. In the next 9 months you may have 41m new shares hitting the market looking for a new home. that lock up language was put there for a reason.
