It doesn't make any sense whatsoever. shell just a few months ago sold GUNDY to tou. gundy is next to PPY. you don't sell gundy if you are going to buy ppy. I am sorry once again to have to correct wild speculation on this board, which is pervasive. shell is not interested in ppy. they own shares in tou, which is an altogether different class.
