so in total they own less than 2% which the sharheolders gave them  for free and they options on another few percent that the sharheolders gave them. nice gig if you can get it ehh? they are waiting until the NEBC dust settles before taking another dip into the option trough.

Total OPtions: 8.6mm
Total vested options: looks like about 6.1mm options (due to forfit expiry this Q1)
Only 1.2 mm VESTED options are in the money with the gutted stock price.

Our current management control 3.3 mm voting common shares.  Dont know if Class B has any voting rights or how many multi-votes.

With such low ownership, management should be acting more as financial stewards / financial custodians like Norm Macdonald and his $30 BILLION fund.

Look, if management had 50% ownership like the Riddel POU then they exercise wider discretion and take on more risk ventures.

Bringing in someone with 26% future control, can over time decapitate this board one by one.
