full.Segregated securities may not be
commingled with the securities of
the broker-dealer and they may not be
used by
the broker-dealer to
collateralize loans. See also Rule 15c3-3.
that last bit about collateralized loans probably means they can't use your shares as security against the short, so that makes them basically unavailable to borrow, at least that's how I understand the rule, but please, somebody confirm, if you have the wherewithal, thanks
