Share swapThe offer from CNRL is so ridiculously low (i.e less than 18% of asset value) that even a share swap with a company that had cash greater or equal to the debt and yet no reserves or production whatsoever would still be much better than the CNRL offer
At least that way we would be able to keep half of our assets debt free.
