or it could be that buying a debt heavy company reliant on DRY GAS, when they just got out of debt, is that LAST thing kel wants right now. If you are a seller you need a willing BUYER. wilson wouldn't buy this with Your money.

Unfortunately, they were too lazy and they decided to go with the soft and lucrative option of getting a nice paycheque with the CNRL buyout.

Always watch for insider buying, when insiders never buy - run. Usually means that some crooked deal is coming with palms greased.

Peyto is another one with no insider buying. Keep an eye on that one too.
