RE:Voted Big fat NO

RE:Voted Big fat NOWhat happens if the NO vote succeeds?

The insiders are denied their 'walkin away' payouts but they still control the company. Since they have given up already, there is some doubt they will put much further effort into building the company up.

Will they resign? Integrity suggests yes but it is doubtful they will quit when there are still paycheques to milk. Losing the vote suggests a lack of confidence in management with the only principled recourse being resignation for cause.

My opinion is that CNQ will walk away to pick up the pieces at a later date. In their haste to shop the company for pennies, Pony offers no guidance on other options except to whine that life is hard.
