What happens if the NO vote succeeds? The insiders are denied their 'walkin away' payouts but they still control the company. Since they have given up already, there is some doubt they will put much further effort into building the company up. Will they resign? Integrity suggests yes but it is doubtful they will quit when there are still paycheques to milk. Losing the vote suggests a ...more

Pat Ward still has 1.6 million shares and is 63 years old. Presumably that is resson enough to want Painted Pony to succeed. I very much doubt that every thing we were told during the past is false.  Rather, there are several alternative theses as to why this rake over was foisted on us. If there is a strong no vote then no one will want to repeat the exercise of having us re-sold. The ...more

There is no issue with the information that has been disclosed. The issue is with the information withheld and not disclosed. I doubt very much that the banksters will do anything to jeopardize their interests and will await a better deal that may involve a share swap although shareholders take a certain risk in turning the CNQ deal down.
