RE:RE:Idiot banks

RE:RE:Idiot banksTrue that I was upset when I made my comments but they are factual. The three people I spoke to were a representative , a trader and a supervisor. In the past I had come to expect  a much better response from people at these levels. In fact in the past, many had been the best of friends that could be relied on to serve their clients no matter the size of their account.
It is truly time for the Canadian banks to quit treating us as a bunch of shmucks ,
I am still angry that they never disclosed whether they would continue to finance Painted Pony or not
Furthermore the fairness opinion fell far short of what I had come to expect of a major bank in these circumstances. Even more so since they themselves were a major factor in the takeover and were extremely well placed to tell us the truth and explain why.. This they failed spectacularly to do. Talk about conflict of interest.

Their seems to be a complete lack of professionalism  I have always been a very loyal person and I have done business with these self same instutions and their predecessors for decades. No longer.

Ps I believe settlement dates are T+ 2 in Canada could I be Wrong?
