RE:Ward sold PONY just before NG boomI just noticed on BOE report, that Arc financial and Encap Investments L.P. Have sold their holdings in Moderna Resources to Tourmaline for $144 million.
As Painted Pony shareholders will recall this is the self same group that backed the sale of Painted Pony to CNRL AND VOTED THEIR 25% SHARES IN FAVOUR in order to help seal the deal.
now we know why Tourmaline never bid on Painted Pony. The stench from the actions of Arc and Encap is horrific as they failed to disclose their conflict of interest due to their likely negotiations with Tourmaline at the time.
Perhaps Arc Financial and Encap should be told to get on their Tainted Pony and ride out of town.
Anybody owning any company where these guys have holdings should be very wary.
