Vote the deal down
CNQ will raise the bid. An extra 30, 50, 70 cents per share is nothing to them.

With 75% of the shares not part of this fleecing I’m hoping another major share holder will put his two cents in.

On top of that other players have plenty of time to generate a higher bid if pony's assets are so great.. Maybe pony has some duds in the arsenal (reserves) Anyhow i am expecting a higher bid from TOU...including paying the break fee maybe .75-.85c share

Someone who makes this statement has no idea of how Murray Edwards operates. He won't just raise the bid 50% - 100% lol. That's the funniest thing I have ever read..

Morningstar and Simply Wall St have values here at $1.04 and $0.91 respectively, and the recent run up to $0.80 would have plenty of people looking for a bit better than $0.69 There are plenty of options out there for buyouts with companies offering cash, shares or a combination of the two
