Yes after 1+ year of touting on their website " TOURMALINE will be Canada's number 1 gas producer" they did become #1 few months ago.
Now they will watch CNQ steal 300MMcf/d from under their nose! NO WAY! This will be bought for $1 by TOU unless CNQ wants to play ball also. Dont expect $3 or $4 but $1 is definitely coming

Doubling the share price for an offer only increase the TOTAL offering amount by 24% or 28% if the break fee is included. There is room for much higher offers. Vote no retake control and ther will be all winter to find a better offer.
