Investor Help. How to fix a wrong five.

I totally agree with Oldnagger. There are so many wrongs to investigate that I can assure you that the few who fight for the many will not let this go until justice is delivered to those innocent retail investors that have been taken for a ride. I am wondering if all those excellent law firms listed on the Upper Canada Law Society web site that specialize in securities and trading law which one would the best one to assist the retail investors put an end to any confirmed money taking scheme of the innocent retail investor. Again, at this time, on this public forum I am not accusing anyone of anything but I have personally witnessed so many suspicious activities , including implied net worth presentations, institutional stock promotions and analysts buy recommendations (pump), relative lack of insider buying, massive stock dilution, large insider compensations, followed by some key insider resignations followed by more stock sales followed by debt issues and Suspicious trading activities that attempted to keep a ceiling on the recent rise Surge in Pony stock price to sudden do not make this company more valuable because we sold it on the cheapest possible metric while maintaining a corporate presentation that indicated much much much higher implied net value with a implied stable financial position. There are many who have benefited from their actions. Unfortunately, it was the innocent retail investor who paid for all those activities and lost so much for those actions. All corporate executive insiders and corporate boards have the sole fiduciary duty to represent and protect their shareholders! Period! Yes they do get well compensated but that does not give them the right to take advantage of their shareholders. Pump and dump or any other scheme to take advantage of retail investors is illegal. Again, at this time I am not asking for an RCMP investigation but something very wrong has occurred here and it needs to be fully investigated! Period.

High handed investigations of every shareholder complaint won't happen and I doubt anyone wants the pendulum to swing that far.  What has worked in the past has been ...more
