RE:Investor Help. How to fix a wrong five.

RE:Investor Help. How to fix a wrong five. From my experience the rcmp have no jurisdiction unless there is literal embezzlement, theft, fraud etc. the OSC should be involved with protecting shareholders but also are responsible for keeping our capital markets flowing. High handed investigations of every shareholder complaint won't happen and I doubt anyone wants the pendulum to swing that far.  What has worked in the past has been class action suits on behalf of shareholders. Siskinds built a large law firm doing this. Call them. Two problems I see are there are no 'damages' or losses until after the fact, ie after CNQ buys it, and second you probably need to convince them the potential for a 50 to 100 million settlement is there. They will have to invest millions of billable hours into this and they charge a contingency fee so they get nothing if they lose.
