If anyone wants to choose me as their appointee at the meeting, my appointee name is maxmoe all small caps, and appointee number is 12345678.  Otherwise pick your own, and assign your own ID number. If anyone wants to exercise their right to dissent, it's discussed, well buried, at the very back of the info circ I received today.  Appendix 'c' page 6 to 8, and appendix E, at the very back 4 pages. At the very least we will receive a proper detailed explanation of how the 69 cents was arrived at vs the boiler plate BS from TD in appendix D. I'm retired and bored so what ...more
