Peet's taking U.S. Coffee scene to new level

Peet's taking U.S. Coffee scene to new levelRight on! Peet's is moving quickly to satisfy the new age interest in Specialty Coffee. Don't think of Coffee as a commodity these days as the Cartel has driven the prices into the ground. The new market is quality beans and scientific roasting coupled with direct grower involvement. Markets for coffee are moving towards seperating the crap from the premium quality beans much like wine moved from just white and red to the varities of quality now available. Expect coffee to do the same. Good coffee will cost! Premium beans are getting difficult to source and the sloppy burn and grow methods are being replaced again by ECO-SENSE farming where multi-cropping is favored. It will take time. It is not only the favored, it is the only way to get a quality bean. PEET'S sees the market. Watch these guys. Looks good.
